Haute-Marne, France Pungent aroma. Annatto coloured cheese. Washed with brine semi-soft cheese. Crinkled appearance, with central crater. Mild, smooth, rich and creamy. An excellent cheese.

Stinking Bishop (semi-soft-washed rind)
Gloucestershire. Award winning. Gets its name and aroma from 'Stinking Bishop' pear perry used to wash the cheese. Almost spoonable inside cheese. At 2008 British Cheese Awards awarded gold and 'Best Semi-Soft' cheese accolade.
