Pecorino Rosso
A semi matured pecorino produced in Southern Tuscany. The 'rosso' of the rind is coloured by tomato pulp. It has a mild flavour and a smooth texture. Good for any cheeseboard. Also an incredible cheese to add to risotto, pasta or minestrone. Made with pasteurised milk.
