Gloucestershire. Award winning. Gets its name and aroma from ‘Stinking Bishop’ pear perry used to wash the cheese. Almost spoonable inside cheese. At 2008 & 2011 British Cheese Awards awarded gold and ‘Best Semi-Soft’ cheese accolade. Unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet are used.
