Oxfordshire. This local Norton and Yarrow cheese is made at the same Shillingford farm as our Sinodun Hill. A ripe and runny goat's cheese disc with a bright, juicy flavour contained within a natural ash rind. Silky in texture and tangy in taste. Made with traditional animal rennet. Runner up in both the New Cheese and Goats Cheese categories of the Artisan Cheese Awards 2019.
